To support our growth we are looking for an allround and motivated Business Developer.
Your focus is on new business development but also responsible for account management for several of our existing customers for ServiceNOW and TOPdesk.
• Generate new business through warm leads, is your main focus.
• You upsell based on an existing customer portfolio.
• You initiate and coordinate marketing campaigns with our external partners.
• You connect with our business partners (ServiceNow, Topdesk and the Cronos Group,…)
• You guarantee an optimal sales follow-up from A-Z. (from lead generation to closing and follow-up)
• You follow the latest developments in the market and stay informed of the competition.
• Demonstrable experience in selling software solutions and professional services.
• Consultative sales experience.
• Experience in the area of Service Management tools (ServiceNow, Topdesk, …)is a plus but not an must.
• Languages: Dutch mother tongue, operational in French and English (strong asset)
• Sales & Account Management skills: combination of smart hunting and account management, you can manage short & long sales cycles.
• Relational Skills: you are a true relational and operational team player. You understand how people are motivated and moved and you apply this in respect of the company values and win-win criteria.
• Attitude: you are entrepreneurial and a self-starter. You can work in a flexible and hands-on way.
