Bridea Medical seeks a passionate, spontaneous colleague to join our sales team as a Sales Manager in Germany. We offer a flexible working environment, excellent conditions, and the opportunity to contribute to making women’s healthcare more patient- and eco-friendly. We are looking for someone who wants to build our Germany office from the ground and afterwards expand to Switzerland and Austria, together with Bridea Medical.

Jouw rol

As a Sales Manager , your responsibilities include:

o Informing and enthusing doctors and nurses active in gynaecology.

o Building our Germany office and team from the ground up.

o Offering interested practices and hospitals the opportunity to sample our products for free.

o Identifying and engaging nurses at potential customer sites, initially through phone and email, to gauge interest, schedule face-to-face meetings and meet up with potential end-users to present our speculum range.

o Employing a structured, process-driven approach, utilising sales automation tools and lead-generation techniques.

o You are expected to spend significant time on the road visiting potential new clients to present our solution.

o At least twice a year, you will attend our German-based trade shows and perhaps some other international ones.

Jouw profiel

o Resident in southwest Germany - Cologne area.

o At least three years of experience in a similar sales role.

o Work experience in the medical field, i.e., a nurse background within women’s healthcare, would be considered an enormous pre.

o Although the educational level is not a deciding factor, having a proactive attitude, a positive outlook on life, a result-oriented work ethic, and a ‘can-do’ mentality is crucial. You will be conversing with educated end-users, so you need to be able to stand on your own in the academic world.

o Comfortable on the phone, making numerous cold calls and following up with emails smartly and structurally.

o Experience working with CRM applications and sales automation tools.

o Disciplined, self-motivating, and capable of working independently.

o Process-driven, goal-oriented, takes the initiative, asks questions, is curious, empathetic, a good listener, and capable of perceiving commercial signals.

o Native German speaker with excellent writing skills.

o Excellent in English as this is our company's primary language.

o Confident, intelligent, but not boastful.

o Friendly by nature with good interpersonal skills.

o In possession of a valid driving license.

o You can travel for work (car, train, plane) to meet up with (potential) clients.

o Your lifestyle allows you to be away from home for a few days for business purposes.
