Over the years, we have developed valuable products to help women and doctors worldwide. Now, we’re giving women’s health practices and hospitals the opportunity to test our products for free.
As a Sales Development Representative, it’s your main responsibility to give visibility to our products and generate markets. Your role? To be on the lookout for new customers, approach them via online channels, by telephone or on location and explain our products to gynaecologists, nurses and doctors.
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for every step in the process: from lead generation to onboarding clients. We help you to perform your work in a very structured way, and you will gratefully use our automation and lead gen tools as well as proven techniques. Of course, your ultimate goal is introducing as many people as possible to our products.
Besides this, you’re welcome to visit exciting events in The Netherlands or abroad (but only if you want to). And you get the chance to develop your skills and grow into the role of Account Executive or Sales manager within a short amount of time.

The product you will focus on is the Orchid Spec speculum. With our Orchid Spec, we aspire to make indispensable pelvic exams as effortless as possible for women and gynaecologists worldwide – with zero impact on our precious planet. The Orchid Spec is a single-use speculum with a unique, patented design, which offers a significant improvement over the traditional, dreaded metal specula, leading to better health for women worldwide.

Jouw profiel
Your level of education is not our main concern. What matters is that you are curious, disciplined, a good listener, not afraid to ask questions and able to work independently. Furthermore, you are service oriented and as enthusiastic in real life as you are on the phone.
Our new Sales Development Representative has the following skills and requirements:
- Living in England (preferably near Harrogate)
- At least 3 years experience in a similar commercial role
- Experience with email, CRM and sales tools
- Experience with sales cadences and ability to optimise this based on results
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (native language) — any other languages are a big plus
- Experience with or knowledge of the medical world is a plus
- Experience with online marketing is a plus

At Bridea Medical, you can count on an open and friendly working environment with professional colleagues. The sales team consists of 3 people at the moment, but we like to expand our sales team to at least eight more people. - A contract for 40 hours (at least 32 hours, negotiable) with a competitive salary and 25 holidays a year
