The company is moving from concept to execution, and the SaaS platform is ready to go to market. Eevery is looking for a Sales Manager who will take the lead in finding and contacting potential customers, converting these prospects into subscriptions, and developing strong relationships with our customers.


The company’s technology uses globally accepted standards to measure a company’s ESG impact, providing reporting for stakeholders such as owners, customers, employees and finance providers. In addition, the platform offers tools, education, and practical resources such as policies to guide SMEs through practical improvement.


The role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of the entire sales cycle, knows how to hit and exceed sales targets and is able to grow long-lasting

relationships by understanding our customers’ needs. The role is based in the office in Amsterdam, and you work closely with the team in London as well.


Key responsibilities:

● Generate qualifying new leads in the assigned geographical region

● Outbound sales prospecting (cold calling) and identifying new customers

● Turn interest into scheduling appointments and providing demos to the prospects.

● Meet with potential customers, close deals and turn demos into subscriptions.

● Develop and execute campaigns involving cold calling, email marketing, and social media marketing, including LinkedIn active.

● Build long-lasting trusting relationships with customers (account management).

● Hit and exceed sales and revenue targets and minimize churn.

● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market (business development).

● Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

● Research market, customer segments, business trends and generate insightful reports.

● Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services

● Answer questions the customer may have.

● Work closely with the Sales team in the United Kingdom, the Product team, and the Tech team to further develop the product and provide an excellent customer user experience.

● Report directly to the CEO for now.


Jouw profiel

● Academic degree in marketing or business administration

● 4-7 years of relevant software sales experience (SaaS), with a history of exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

● Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

● Affinity with sustainability, environment, social & governance (ESG).

● Entrepreneurial, resourceful and creative mindset and positive attitude.

● Proactive, sense of responsibility and accountability, able to work independently and also in a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Data-driven and customer-focused.

● Leadership and influencing skills.

● Fluent in Dutch and good in English, spoken and written, since English is the mother language of the company.
