Are you the Payroll Consultant that fits our team?
HR savvy team is looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our growing team of international HR and Payroll professionals in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. We are a creative team of HR and Payroll subject matter specialists working with international companies that are busy setting up a variety of global organisations in the Netherlands.

Human Resource strategy, Employment Law implementation and Processing Payroll without complications. We don't say we can't, we simply provide our clients with options and the appropriate risk assessment based upon their mid to long term strategy, this way our clients can make informed business decisions in a timely manner whilst considering and mitigating their risk.

Here’s a little taste of your challenge at HR savvy…
- You will be working from our office in Amsterdam or on a flexible basis from our office in Amsterdam and Rotterdam;
- Own clients to manage on a Payroll operational basis;
- Execute Payroll administrative processes/tasks (like entering new employees in our payroll system Nmbrs, processing monthly mutations and filling in forms for our clients etc.);
- Processing Payroll from A to Z for your clients, we process everything in house and help our clients where we can;
- Providing advice on Payroll related matters from your clients;
- Occasionally you could be assigned to a client to work there on part-time basis, depending on client’s request and your wishes;
- Processing 30% tax ruling (employee benefit for expats) approvals for your clients;
- Processing wage tax declarations and other output according to the wishes of your clients;
- Proactively identify opportunities.

To be successful as a Payroll Consultant in our HR Savvy team, we hope you recognise yourself in the following:
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- You have excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills;
- You are an out of the box thinker who enjoys challenges under time pressure;
- You are client focused;
- You are service minded (no nine to five mentality);
- You have an excellent command of English and Dutch (oral and written);
- You have your PDL diploma;
- You have experience in similar job role(s).

- The salary range is between EUR 2.750,- and EUR 4.250,- and fully depends on your experience and education.
- We have 25 holiday days on fulltime base (40 hours per week) and 8% holiday allowance paid out in May.
- We do not offer a pension scheme in the most common way, but we are happy to inform you about the options you have for yourself.
- We do offer full travel reimbursement and a phone subscription reimbursement (up to EUR 50 per month) and we provide you with a company laptop.
