As the sales rep at Alberts, you’ll be the ambassador of healthy snacking. As the face of the company, you’ll represent Alberts amongst our prospects and leads. While exploring the market for new businesses to plant our healthy smoothie robots, you’ll collaborate closely with our Commercial Director and Marketing Manager to translate our strategy into daily operations. You will nurture the entire sales funnel, from (cold) prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to harvesting and finalizing contracts with our clients.

As the sales rep at Alberts, you’ll be the ambassador of healthy snacking. As the face of the company, you’ll represent Alberts amongst our prospects and leads. While exploring the market for new businesses to plant our healthy smoothie robots, you’ll collaborate closely with our Commercial Director and Marketing Manager to translate our strategy into daily operations. You will nurture the entire sales funnel, from (cold) prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to harvesting and finalizing contracts with our clients.
Jouw profiel
- Sales skills – This is no job for a shrinking violet: conducting phone calls (cold and warm), approaching anyone from assistants to decision makers, and presenting your case to large groups are common activities in your daily schedule. We expect you to identify the needs of our partners by asking pertinent questions and listening attentively to their requirements. You strive to continuously offer the optimal healthy solution to their unique environment.
- Negotiation – You are a dynamic facilitator and problem solver. Above all, you’re able to understand what is driving different stakeholders within different situational environments. And… how to convince and attract them!
- Trilingual – You’ll be prospecting clients in Belgium, but also internationally. You’ll occasionally attend networking events and trade fairs. Mastering Dutch, French and English is essential in order to spread the word on the new way of vending!
- >2 years of experience – We consider experience in a commercial role in the food industry and B2B environments a big plus! Ambitions and/or experience in international environments is definitely an advantage.
