Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who knows how to remotely build and maintain partnerships in a professional way. A tactical thinker with an analytical mindset. A colleague who already has experience with channel or account management in an international environment. A person who rolls up his/her sleeves, gets the work done and learns from his/her mistakes. Someone who understands that he/she can achieve more by working together and is open to feedback.


What are you going to do

APAC and Middle East are the regions for which you are primarily responsible. Together with the Sales Manager and your Sales Support Colleagues, you make a strategic action plan for these regions. To further professionalize the partner channel you organize quarterly business reviews with our biggest partners to discuss KPI’s, introduce improvement proposals and clearly discuss future expectations. In addition, from time to time you will also be in contact with partners from other parts of the world to research and/or share marketing/sales “best practices”. 


At the end of the year a new version of Lumion will be introduced. You ensure that your partners are fully prepared with their sales and marketing activities. You review, analyze and discuss these activities so that the standard is raised again .


Jouw profiel

● Completed Bachelor or Master education, preferably Business Administration.

● Minimum of 4 years account management or channel management experience.

● Knowledge of and understanding of cultural differences. 

● Excellent communication skills.

● The ability to switch between strategic, tactical and operational levels.

● Independent and a proactive attitude.

● Accurate and always well prepared.

● Ability to have 20% travel 

● Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies with the partners 

● Manage a portfolio of high performing partners to achieve partnership goals including sales quota and marketing activities

● Develop best practices to engage with partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations with partners

We build our own software for architects, Lumion. Since its launch in 2010, Lumion has been embraced by architects in more than 50 countries. Lumion enables them to create beautiful images and videos of their design with little time and effort. The company has been growing fast. In addition to thirty people at our head office in Sassenheim, several people from our teams work abroad. There are also numerous partnerships with sales partners and specialists. The personal no-nonsense working atmosphere, with room for individual development and creativity, is still one of the most important spearheads of our success. Although we try not to take ourselves too seriously, we work hard and are very ambitious.
