Jouw rol
As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Momo app (for both Android & iOS) using Flutter. Your role will be to write clean and scalable code while ensuring the best user experience.
- Debug, maintain, and optimize the performance of our application.
- Create new features for the Momo app in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in pair programming, code review, and provide constructive feedback to improve yourself and your colleagues.
- Work together with UX designers to create creative, supportive, and fun solutions. This also includes going to nursing homes to find out how nurses use the Momo app.
Jouw profiel
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to get others on board with your ideas. You are also willing to evolve quickly while keeping an eye on the big picture and, most importantly, the user experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Flutter or native app development.
- User-focused – You enjoy understanding user needs and designing intuitive, seamless app experiences.
- Team collaborator – You like working with designers, developers, and other colleagues to build great features together.
- Interest in the care sector – You’re motivated by creating apps that have a positive impact on people’s lives.
- Problem-solver – You’re comfortable tackling technical challenges while keeping usability in mind.

- 32-40 hours/week, depending on your preference.
- Salary of €3000 - 5000 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and qualifications, plus 8% holiday allowance.
- Opportunities for growth in the area you want, so if you want to become a team lead within the team, we are happy to train you. If you are a specialist and want to further develop your technical skills, we like that too.
