We are currently seeking a driven and customer-oriented Managed Services Agent to join our growing team. Our product CAS offers our clients real-time communication with customs. The Managed Services Agent is responsible for customer support according to the agreed support SLA. That includes using CAS for the customer under specific conditions and based on different customs flows.

We are currently seeking a driven and customer-oriented Managed Services Agent to join our growing team. Our product CAS offers our clients real-time communication with customs. The Managed Services Agent is responsible for customer support according to the agreed support SLA. That includes using CAS for the customer under specific conditions and based on different customs flows.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the declaration process and its related issues from start to resolution (e.g. fixing validation errors, follow-up tasks and alerts in CAS)
  • Advise users on appropriate course of actions and pro-actively take required actions to assure the business continuity of customers
  • Ensure the required data is available and it is updated on a timely manner
  • Identify and record reported queries and provide solutions
  • Use support tools and technologies
  • Support problem identification in close cooperation with Service Desk and Development team

Jouw profiel

  • Customs knowledge or logistic background is required
  • Out-of-hours support (06:00 - 22:00)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dutch, other languages are a plus)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn (customer support, customs, IT, …)
  • Customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills is a plus
