• Equipment and software staging, testing and installation;
• Regular firmware and software updates;
• Working in Data Centers worldwide;
• Provisioning of (international) Circuits;
• Trouble shooting of customer systems & networks;
• Keeping IP, asset and other technical administrations up to date
• Participate in 24/7 support duties

Jouw profiel

• MBO ICT or equivalent experience level.
• Fluent Dutch and English in writing and speech.
• Full time, minimum for 12 months.
• Cisco CCNA certification is a pre
• Thorough knowledge of Linux (Centos) system administration

o Thorough and analytic work style
o Team player
o Knowledge of Linux servers and Virtualisation on VMWare ESXi,
o Knowledge of IP networking
o No 9 to 5 mentality
o Eager to learn new techniques
o International travel is not a problem

iVent uses the following infrastructure, tools and interfaces:
• Cisco UCS and HP Servers;
• VMWare ESXi and vCenter;
• Centos Linux with specifically routing functioms;
• Ansible;
• Cisco routers and switches;
• Network Monitoring Systems;

Knowledge and experience of one or more of the above is preferred.
